The Successful Candidate Must:
Be proficient in English
- Have a strong teaching background – at least 3 years of experience in teaching adults (teaching business)
- English, especially for the IT sphere, is a strong advantage)
- Have Specialist/Master’s degree in teaching/linguistics/translation/interpretation (a relevant certification TESOL, CELTA, etc. is a plus)
- Be able to customize lessons to meet particular students’ needs>
- Have good communication skills and flexibility to work with busy people who have various levels of English proficiency and little free time
- Be able to drive learners to desired outcomes
Expected workload per week
- Up to 25 hours of teaching (both group and individual lessons)
- 15 hours of administrative work (internal team meetings, register updates, emails, etc.)
- A candidate is supposed to pass the following stages:
- Have a job interview with the Competence Manager in English
- Provide a demo class to a working group using the learning material of the group
- Get the feedback from the group participants, a teacher of the group and the Competence Manager
- Have a final meeting to discuss all the details of the job offer with the Competence Manager
